The Designosaurs divide the work behind your app: whether to build at all, ethics, privacy, design, shipping and efficiency. Each name tells us which agent does which job.
We plan to let you call on the Designosaurs when you need them.
Designosaur Academy is an idea from February 2026: parents and children learning how AI agents work, with the Designosaurs as guides. We are working out what it would include.

Does Security Need a Mascot?
Still deciding. Val watches ethics and privacy, Sun-sin won't sail until every test has passed, and the doors into production are locked by construction. So far no single character owns security, and we're not sure one should. If you're a founder or a partner with an opinion - a name, a dinosaur, a historical figure, or "don't bother" - hit me back at jack@clevelsalesguy.com.
Security: nothing changes in production except through a tested, recorded path - no person and no agent edits the live records by hand. Privacy: your data goes only to models from democratic countries, and personal information never leaves them.
